PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Please take notice that the Town of Cooperstown will hold a Public Hearing on the following items:

Project Name:  Manure Transfer Equipment Permit Ordinance 2024-01

                         Manure Transfer Annual Permit Application

                         Establishing Restrictive Weight Limits Ordinance 2024-02

                         Weight Limit Permit Application

                         Weight Limit Permit

                         Letter for replacing or upgrading culverts under driveways or agricultural entries

Date : January 16, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.

Place: Town Hall, 11626 Hwy Z, Maribel, Wisconsin 54227

The Town Board will hear all people in support of such matter or any objections thereto during the public hearing at 11626 Hwy Z in order of appearance on the agenda. Comments submitted in writing must be received before 4:00 p.m. on the above hearing date and will be addressed at the public hearing.
