Manitowoc County will host three public input sessions to gather feedback on a possible 0.5 percent sales tax increase. The meetings will be at 5:15 p.m. Nov. 20 at Maribel Community Center, 14905 Mulberry St., Maribel; 5:15 p.m. Nov. 27 at the Heritage Center-County Board Room, 1701 Michigan Ave., Manitowoc; and at 5:15 p.m. Dec. 4, at Kiel City Hall-Council Chambers, 621 Sixth St., Kiel
